The side shelves on the PK360 Grill & Smoker can be removed from the grill and hung on each side for storage. Each shelf has 3 round black knobs that can be loosened and then you just slide it off and hang it on the side of the grill. It's very easy to do and is a quick task. This makes a smaller footprint and takes up less room when it's not in use. Here is a picture of the side shelves removed and hung on the side of the grill.
